To change the language of your Soundbox, download the Pswipe Merchant app and under Profile > Language preferences you get two options – English & Hindi. Choose your preferred language to get sound confirmation with Soundbox.

Pswipe QR code linked to Soundbox can accept QR codes from any UPI apps like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, WhatsApp Pay, or BHIM.

You can replay up to the last 10 transactions on Soundbox. Just long-press the Volume ‘-‘ key and then the last transaction will be displayed on the screen. If you want to check the transaction before that then short press the volume ‘+’ key. You can also check the transaction history on the Merchant app with detailed reports & SOA.
